Overview

A Lab54 Partnerships Executive is a highly organised and motivated individual, eager to develop their skills within brand partnerships and client services in the live events and music space. Detail-oriented and adaptable, they are capable of supporting multiple projects simultaneously while working to tight deadlines.

Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Director, Partnerships Executives play a key supporting role in the delivery of client campaigns and activations. Acting as a day-to-day support across accounts, they assist with client communication, project coordination, and internal alignment to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in partnerships, gaining hands-on experience across live events, brand collaborations, and culturally driven campaigns. A strong interest in music, entertainment, and brand-led experiences is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Communication
Assist in managing day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
Support in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ensure clear and professional communication across all touchpoints.

Project & Campaign Support
Support the Partnerships Manager in coordinating projects and timelines.
Assist in tracking deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met.
Work closely with internal teams (content and production) to support execution.

Presentations & Reporting
Assist in the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.
Support the development of post-event reports and campaign summaries.

Live Event Support
Provide on-site support during activations and events.
Assist with real-time problem solving to ensure smooth delivery.

Team Coordination & Administration
Help keep internal teams aligned and informed across projects.
Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and project trackers.

About You – Essential Skills and Experience

  • Some experience in a client-facing, agency, or events environment (e.g. internships, assistant roles, freelance work).

  • A genuine interest in music, entertainment, and cultural trends.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Basic understanding of brand partnerships, marketing, or event workflows.

Desirable

Experience supporting brand campaigns, events, or activations
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday, Slack, Hubspot)
A passion for music, creativity, and culture
