To manage and oversee Lab54’s social media presence across all platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok and Instagram. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

We are looking for someone highly experienced in social media who understands how to build and grow audiences, create viral content strategies, and lead the creative direction of Lab54’s social channels. This person will work closely with our content, production and partnerships teams to ensure our online presence reflects the energy and creativity of our events.

The job involves:

  • Developing and executing Lab54’s overall social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube

  • Managing the planning, scheduling and posting of content across all social channels

  • Working closely with the Content team to develop high-performing short form content strategies

  • Overseeing and directing the creation of TikToks, Reels and Shorts

  • Analysing performance metrics and adjusting strategy based on what performs best

  • Managing content pipelines after events, ensuring all usable footage is collected, organised and turned into strong content

  • Leading the growth of Lab54’s social platforms through trend awareness, audience insight and experimentation

  • Helping shape the wider brand voice and creative direction of Lab54 online

We’re looking for:

  • Someone with extensive experience managing and growing social media accounts

  • A strong track record of building high performing social media channels or viral content

  • Someone with deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube algorithms

  • Strong understanding of analytics, performance tracking and content optimisation

  • Someone highly organised who can manage content pipelines across multiple events and creators

  • Someone with a strong understanding of internet culture, trends, sounds and formats

  • Someone with a passion for electronic music, events and youth culture

  • A creative thinker with strong leadership skills who can guide content direction and push the brand forward
